Violation of Restriction Suspension

Ohio Revised Code Section 4507.14

• Driver has violated a driver license restriction (corrective lenses, mechanical control devices, daylight driving only, etc.) relating to his ability to operate a motor vehicle.

• Six (6) months effective on the 31st day following the date of the suspension notification.

• May request an administrative hearing by writing to the BMV within 30 days of the date of the suspension notice.

• After the completion of the six (6) month suspension period, the driver is required to pay a reinstatement fee.
